Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exclusions from Refunds

  • Minor aesthetic issues like stray threads or small irregularities.
  • Gradual fading or normal wear and tear from washing.
  • Damage from incorrect washing (e.g., bleach or harsh chemicals).
  • Stains from body oil, fluids, food, or beverages.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Warranty Policies for Ted Beds

Return Policy

If you have received your Ted Therapy Massage Pet Bed and have not yet opened the vacuum seal, you are eligible for a return or exchange for a different size.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the bed must remain unopened in its original vacuum-sealed packaging. Any covers, waterproof liners, blankets, or accessories must be unused and in brand-new condition.

To initiate a return, please request it within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at sales@blisscollection.shop for return instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is received, we will notify you via email. After inspection, if the item meets the above conditions, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. If you would prefer an exchange, please let us know when contacting our team.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns if the vacuum seal has been opened, as the product cannot be repackaged once expanded. If you are unsure about sizing upon delivery, please do not open the vacuum seal and contact us so we can assist you.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at sales@blisscollection.shop.

Warranty

Ted Therapy provides a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as a 5-year warranty against significant memory foam sagging under normal use.

This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at sales@blisscollection.shop, and we will arrange a replacement where applicable.

Please note, this warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use and washing
  • Damage caused by pets, including chewing, biting, scratching, tearing, or accidents
  • Stains, liquid damage, or moisture-related issues
  • Damage resulting from rough or improper handling
  • Commercial use (including hotels, boarding facilities, or retail environments)
